2011 FEEDER LEAGUE SCHEDULE REVISED (UPDATED 9/9/11)
The 2011 North Fulton/Forsyth/Cherokee feeder league schedule has been released. The league features 12 teams for the 2011 season and the schedule is comprised of 96 games. Teams have been divided into sub-regions and will play each of their sub-region opponents 2 times and each of their non-region opponents once. Please use the links below to download the latest version of the schedule (Version 1.2, 8/18/11). Version 1.1 of the schedule reflects game time changes for all Alpharetta home games starting with week #2. Version 1.2 reflects a home/home swap for West Forsyth and Lambert on 9/29 and 10/10. Version 1.3 reflects the change of home games at Forsyth Central to Fowler Park with a start time of 7:30pm for all games. Version 1.4 reflects a change of date for the Roswell/Northview game at Northview to 9/1. Version 1.5 reflects a game date change for Northview @ South Forsyth to Friday 9/9, a date change for Chattahoochee @ Johns Creek from 9/26 to Wed 9/28, and a re-scheduled game with South Forsyth/Alpharetta for 9/15 (rain out from 9/7).

NFFL GAME SCHEDULE FOR FALL 2011 SEASON (ADDED 1/28)
Check back in August for the Fall 2011 NFFL feeder program regular season game schedule. The league has expanded again for 2011 and with 12 teams and the possible addition of more teams, the league will move to a sub-region alignment based roughly on geography. It is currently anticipated that we will have 2 sub-regions and teams within a sub-region will play all other sub-region opponents in a home/home series. Teams will also play each team in the other sub-region in a single contest home or away. Moving to the sub-region structure is necessary since it is not possible for the league to continue to play late August through early October with 2 games per week and complete what might be a 22 or 24-game schedule if all teams played each other in a home/home series. The sub-region structure will permit each team to play a 16-game schedule which is an increase in games from 2010.

The season will begin in mid-August with a friendly tournament in which each team can play 2-3 games. We are hopeful that Milton will again be our host for this season kickoff tournament. The season will culminate with a double elimination format tournament seeded based on regular season results in all games. Traditionally this tournament takes place at Twin Creeks and includes 6 teams from Cherokee County. We will finalize details in late September for the season ending tournament and whether or not the size of the NFFL league is now so large that combining with Cherokee for a single DE format tournament is no longer practical.
